Williston vs. Chipley

Williston High School  (25-4) defeated Chipley High School  (23-8) 4-0 to win the 1A State Championship.  Trent Johnson (Santa Fe College) threw a 2 hit complete game shutout to bring Williston its first State Championship since 1923. Austin Langsworthy (Florida) pitched a shutout, his sixth of the season to get the Red Devils into the championship game.

Brito miami vs. naples seacrest country day

Brito Miami wins its 1^st state title at the 2A level defeating Naples Seacrest Country Day 14-2. For the Panthers (21-7), Richard Nunez gets the win. Mauricio Amaral was 3-for-3 with  a HR and 2 2B’s.
