BOTTOM LINE:
The Wizards had a great season in 2014 going 18-2 but getting a tough draw in playing a traditionally good Broomfield program the first game in Districts. The Wizards return Cole Brandon to the mound. Brandon was the Ace of the staff in 2014 going 8-0 with a 1.36 ERA in 51 IP. 2015 CF Timmy Pribble leads the offense. In 2014 he his .379 and was second on the team with 22 hits. 2015 SS Garrett Graf will bring speed to the bases. In 2014 he was 10 or 10 in stolen bases. 2016 C Tyler Shubert returns behind the plate with a .322 BA in 2014. He also led the team in HR and was second on the team with 15 RBI's. 2015 OF Dustin Starck returns. Starck hit .295 as a junior with 13 RBI's. 2016 RHP Colton Vickers will add depth to the pitching staff. The Wizards return all of their starters up the middle, and have enough pitching depth to make a run in the playoffs. They might not go 18-2 again, but they will be a tough out come district time for sure.
