Uncommitted Spotlight: RHP Camden Cunningham

With the summer coming to a close and we begin to transition to the fall with a brand-new school year, our focus is still on uncommitted prospects in the Classes of 2024 and 2025. As these prospects enter their final two years of high school, there are still many talented upperclassmen still on the market that may have been "overlooked" or are currently "flying under the radar" and looking for a place to play at the next level.

Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 175-pounds. High waisted, long levered, medium frame.
Delivery: Simplified, offset windup that creates good lower half direction. Compact up+down+out phases, stacks over backside well. Proper stride and finish.
Arm Action: RH. Funky, full circle arm swing 3/4 slot. Deceptive.
FB: T83.8, 83-84 mph. Run & sink. T1848, 1788 average rpm.
CB: 69-71 mph. Vertical shape. T1738, 1627 average rpm.
SL: 73-75 mph. Sweep. T1422, 1298 average rpm.
CH: 75-76 mph. Fade & depth. T1319, 1197 average rpm.
Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 165-pound right-handed pitcher, lean, athletic build. Briefly came out of the bullpen for Houston County against Buford. Impressed immediately with his breaking ball. Simple delivery, short, compact on the back-side, quick arm speed, over-the-top slot. Fastball sat 84-85. Curveball, 67-69, true 12/6 shape, depth, sharp at-times, swing and miss pitch.
