X-FACTOR
Mitchell List.
Last spring the physical 6-foot-2, 215-pound left-hand hitting third baseman was named to the All-Central Plains League team for the second straight year and KABC 4A-II All-State after hitting.513 with 33 RBI, 26 runs scored, 11 extra base hits and eight stolen bases.

NEWCOMER TO WATCH
Jarrett Counts, OF, 2017.  The speedy left-hand hitting outfielder is on track to man centerfield this spring for the Knights.

KEY PLAYER LOST
Josh Palecki. Last spring the senior catcher hit .467 with 16 extra base hits, including five home runs while driving in 26 runs on his way to being named KABC 4A-II First Team All-State.

2015 OUTLOOK
Coach Andy Frieze looks to lead the Knights to a return trip to the 4A-II state tournament this spring on the strength of a talented junior class, including third baseman Mitchell List who put up big numbers last spring and, once again, will be expected to lead the charge offensively; First Team all-League shortstop/right-handed pitcher Joe Baker who will be a key factor in the middle infield and on the mound; physical 6-foot-3, 195-pound right-handed pitcher Quade Truby; and outfielder/right-handed pitcher Nate Flesher who is slated to be in the starting rotation on the mound this spring. Trinity also returns all-League sophomore first baseman/outfielder Nick McKenzie.
