PBR New York To Cover Mingo Bay Baseball Classic And Ripken Experience

Dan Cevette
New York Scouting Director

The weather is still questionable this time of year in New York. Next week begins spring break across most of the state, and more than 30 New York high schools are headed south. Myrtle Beach, SC, is the destination spot for these northern schools looking to play games in baseball weather. The Mingo Bay Baseball Classic has been around for a number of years. This year, 22 New York high school teams are slated for action in the event. A few miles away, the Ripken Experience, will host between 8-12 New York high school teams. Both tournaments are scheduled for April 14-20th.

The Prep Baseball Report New York will be in attendance at both tournaments giving you live coverage, inside scouting notes, and scores and highlights from all the action.
