Eight Arkansans have been ranked in the top 400 players in the 2016 class. Here is a breakdown of 2016, RHP Angus Denton

Overall Ranking:  National No. 384 State No. 8
Position Ranking: National No. 142 State No. 4
College Commitment: Arkansas

Denton is a 6-foot, 165-pound RHP with a medium frame and an athletic build. He pitches from a side arm, arm slot. He competes in the bottom of the strike zone with 82-84 mph up 86. His fast ball has slight run and sink. He compliments the fastball with a Frisbee slider with late break thrown at 71-74 mph. He is a good athlete that plays MIF when he is not pitching.
