As we wined down the regular season, every game seems to be more important than the last, with teams fighting to clinch a conference championship or that spot playoff spot. Here is a look at some of the games from Thursday.
Rivercrest HS 1 vs Hoxie 0. This win clinches the 3A-3 Conference Championship for the Colts.
Gosnell HS 4 vs Pocahontas, Game 1. Gosnell HS 0 vs Pocahontas 4. By splitting the double header Pocahontas moves within one game of clinching the 1 seed in the regional tournament and 2 games from clinching an outright conference title.
Star City HS 11 vs Hamburg HS 0. The win gives the Bulldogs a 2 game lead on everyone else in conference with 4 games remaining. 3 of the 4 games are against teams on the outside of the race to make regionals looking in.
Shiloh Christian HS 16 vs Berryville HS 0. This win clinches the 1-4A Conference Championship for the Saints.
Walnut Ridge HS 11 vs Sloan Hendrix HS 2. This win brings Walnut Ridge’s current winning streak to 20 games, as they look to be a contender, heading into post-season play.
