9:00 AM- 9:30 AM Pitcher and Catcher Registration
9:30 AM- 9:45 AM Stretch ( Order for Bull pens)
9:45 AM- 12:00 PM Pitchers Dismiss
12:30 PM- 1:00 PM Position Player Registration
1:00 PM- 1:15PM Stretch
1:15 PM -1:30 PM Run 60’s
1:30 PM- 1:40 PM Pop Times
1:40 PM- 2:10 PM Outfield Defense
2:10 PM- 2:40 PM Infield Defense
2:40 PM- 3:00 PM Offensive Warm Up
3:00 PM- 4:00 PM Offensive Evaluation
