2017 Future Games: 6-foot-3, 170-pound, long, lengthy, wiry strong athlete, has plenty of room to fill out and put weight on. A right-handed pitcher with a projectable frame, the arm is quick and powerful. The delivery has tempo to it, hands start high, work downward in side step and  then work back with high leg raise, could smooth out the finish, looks to jump out of the gather at times. The arm action is down to up on the back side, works out of a high ¾ slot. The front glove is strong and is inline to the plate, lead leg is slightly closed on foot strike. The fastball reached 87 mph, sat at 83-85 mph, located it well to arm side, with run action to it. The curveball was clocked at 65-66 mph, more top to bottom rotation, threw a slider as well, clocked at 71-72 mph, was thrown more as a putaway pitch, good depth and late break. The changeup is a work in progress, had sink to the arm side. Big follow for me, look for the velocity to climb.
