MCDERMOTT: DMACC, Upper Iowa, Wartburg, Coe, Loras and Central College.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
MCDERMOTT: Visited Wartburg and plan on visiting DMACC, Upper Iowa, and Loras.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
MCDERMOTT: Looking for a school that provides a major in architecture.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
MCDERMOTT: Winning the 2A state championship, throwing a 13 K shutout in the state semi-finals, 1st team all0-conference, 1st team all-district, 1st team all-area, 1st team all-state coaches poll, 2nd team all-state INA.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
MCDERMOTT: Win the state championship for the second year in a row, keep an ERA below 1.00, develop more off-speed pitches.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
MCDERMOTT: Basketball and soccer.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
MCDERMOTT: 23 ACT and 4.04 GPA.
