Every week, PBR Massachusetts holds an interactive chat through Twitter with our followers. Our goal is to be accessible. This is your chance to take advantage of our expertise. Ask questions to Dennis Healy, Massachusetts Scouting Director, about the recruiting process, upcoming high school season, specific prospects, PBR events, or anything else that may be on your mind.

We would like to thank all who participated, we enjoy bringing you knowledge and expertise on players and programs in your area.

Next week, we will be answering questions on either Tuesday or Wednesday, stay tuned.

Six of the top questions from the Ask.FM Q&A session on February 19th

Will you cover prep school or just MIAA?
PBR: All games in Massachusetts will be covered, we look forward to it.

How important are grades to scouts, and what is the lowest GPA for D1?
PBR: Grades are of course important. It also depends on the type of school you want to go to. You need to have a 2.0 core GPA to be eligible.

Any drills to improve bat path?
PBR: My advice is to get with a hitting instructor and spend time working on being direct to the ball and flat through the strike zone.

Best SS in the state?
PBR: One of the better questions I have gotten, Jake Rosen and Charlie McConnell come to mind. I forgot to mention, Cam Devanney, he's a good one as well.

More important, HS Season or Summer Season?
PBR: High school season is about development and the summer campaign is about exposure.

Is running good for pitchers?
PBR: Running is a necessary evil for pitchers, helps build stamina and clean out soreness.
