TEAM STRENGTHS:
Patuxent has a lot of players returning to their roster so experience is something that will play a factor onto their side. Offense should play a good factor into most of their games. Tyler Crounse, an unsigned senior, will play a large force on the team and in the lineup and will be a leader within the team.  Pitching will be a strength as they are the top of the rotation.

QUESTION MARK:
Even though Patuxent does have a lot of experience playing on their side this year, they are going to be a very thin team.  If one of their returning starters go down for any time at all it could easily hinder their remaining success for the season. 

WILDCARD:
Reese Crounse, a freshmen, is Coach Powell’s favorite to be the surprise player after the season is over with.

OVERALL: 
Powell has the sights raised high for the team this season.  With the high amount of experience and strong offense, they could easily make a run this season.  Staying healthy, especially in the pitching rotation could play a large factor whether this will be a year Patuxent makes a postseason run.
