TEAM STRENGTHS
The 2015 version of the Rockets will run off of a simple mantra:  Play together, daily improvement, and be mentally tough.  The team has a good core of players that help display that in Seniors Hunter Harrison, Evan Kunstman, and Ryan Lane.   Kunstman is the utility extraordinaire, with the ability to play multiple positions in the infield for the team and he will also help out on the mound.  Lane has a very nice season in 2014 with a 3-2 record with a 3.04 ERA.  Harrison paces the team behind the plate, throwing out 13 base runners and hitting at a .341 clip.

QUESTION MARK
The team this year will have to improve in multiple facets of the game in order to achieve their goals for 2015.  Playing the game the right way, defense, offensive execution and depth on the mound are where they could use some improvement. The team is looking for some players to step up and take roles in order for this program to move in the right direction.

WILDCARD
OF/INF Josh Lebidinski is a promising sophomore on the Rocket roster.  The coaching staff is excited about his ability and think he will be a player to make a step forward this season.

OVERALL
Richard Montgomery are going to need a full team effort to achieve their goal of success in 2015.  Not playing on their side is the fact that the team hasn’t had a home field in the past two years due to construction and they have had to use the baseball field at MC-Rockville as their home field for the third year in a row. Could this be the year the team takes a step forward? Only time will tell.
