With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Michigan is eagerly anticipating bringing the great state of Michigan the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting February 1st, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2016 Spring Team Preview: Montague Wildcats

Team Name: Montague Wildcats

2015 Record: 21-9
Conference Record: West Michigan Conference, 21-2
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 9/6

Coach Outlook: We have all nine starters back for this season; four seniors and five juniors. We are led by two-time All-State infielder and pitcher, Jacob Buchberger (Davenport commit), All-Region catcher Cameron Brayman, All-Region pitcher Andrew Bobian, and All-Conference players Dylan Stever and Abram Erickson. We have bolstered our non-conference schedule with Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Reeths Puffer, Mona Shores, Rockford, Holland Christian, Muskegon Catholic, and Holton. This will prepare us well for the State Tournament.
