Prep Baseball Report New York is pleased to announce the 2016 New York Games will take place on June 28 - July 1 in Rochester NY. The 2016 New York Games is expected to be the most recruited and scouted event of the summer.

Scouts from three MLB franchises attended the 2015 games along with coaches from more than 70 colleges including Division I schools such as Bryant, St. John’s, St. Bonaventure, Cornell, Villanonva, Niagara, Iona, Radford, Campbell, Buffalo, Kent State, North Carolina Central, Boston College and Monmouth just to name a few.

More than 40 of last year’s participants registered 60 times under 7.049 players delivered exit velocities of 85 MPH or better. 10 catchers notched pop times south of 2.0. 3B Frankie Pizzo (Shenendehowa HS, 2016) topped 18 infielders who threw north of 80 registering 89 MPH across the diamond while 20 players threw 80 or better from the outfield.

The 2015 games brought together New York’s top talent from Long Island to Buffalo and everywhere in between. Nearly 190 players attended last years unique three-day event, as a result more than 20 players have received offers to play at the Division I level - several dozen more will go on to play college baseball. The 2016 games will only be better.

Players will be selected by their region coach through tryouts, previous PBR New York events, and High School / Travel Coach recommendations - This is an Invitation only event.

Included In Player Fee:
+ Showcase with PBR Profile, scouting comments, measurable stats, video of performance uploaded into profile
+ Minimum of 4-games over the course of the event
+ Under Armour Hat and region Shirt
+ Premium Exposure from New York's leading scouting company

We are proud to announce the Double Tree by Hilton is the official housing partner of the 2016 New York Games.
