PA Notebook: Updates on PA/WV Events Schedule

The winter events schedule began yesterday with the Western PA College Prospect Showcase and continues one week from today with the Eastern PA College Prospect Showcase. With winter and summer events filling rapidly, we will be attempting to update information periodically to keep prospects aware of deadlines and opportunities to participate. Following is a look at the winter schedule of events in Pennsylvania and some important details on each.

Eastern PA College Prospect Showcase

Date: January 20
Location: The Phelps School (Malvern, PA)
Details: Event is open to all high school prospects. Registration deadline is noon on January 16 or when all spots have been filled. There are currently 9 open spots remaining for this event.

Preseason all-state showcase - Day ONe

Date: February 15
Location: B2B Baseball Academy (Manheim, PA)
Details: This is an invitation only event. We will accept registrations from those prospects that have received invitations while spots still remain. Day One is for position players only. Following are the number of spots remaining by position: OF (3), MIF (2), CIF (12)

Preseason all-state showcase - Day two

Date: February 16
Location: B2B Baseball Academy (Manheim, PA)
Details: This is an invitation only event. We will accept registrations from those prospects that have received invitations while spots still remain. Day Two is for pitchers & catchers only. Following are the number of spots remaining by position: Catchers (15), Pitchers (20)
