Scouting Report

6/16/19

5-foot-11, 160-pound left-handed hitting outfielder.  6.72 runner.  Athletic in box.  Squared stance with weight slightly back.  Simple and small load.  Loose swing with good hands.  Gap to gap approach with line drive contact.  Solid barrel contact with flashes of pop.  89 mph exit velocity.  OF- Athletic to field.  Good glove and fields ball clean.  Average carry and accuracy with 78 mph arm strength.  IF- Active feet and stays light.  Good glove and makes routine play.  Quick release.  Solid carry and accuracy with 80 mph arm strength. 

 

3/16/19

5-foot-10, 155-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.01 runner. Athletic in box, easy body load, clean path, quiet head, consistently squares baseball, has flashes of pop in bat, 82 mph exit velocity. Easy actions in field, above avg. footwork, soft hands, quick release with easy effort on throws, 72 mph arm across infield. Long arm action, works through ball, athletic in field, online with carry and accuracy to target, 80 mph arm from outfield.

 

7/11/18-  5-foot-9, 152-pound left-handed hitting outfielder.  7.15 runner.  Simple stance and movements in swing.  Flashes fly ball pop with a tendency to pull off pitches.  Handles middle/in pitch and will drive ball to right-center.  81 mph exit velocity.  OF- Glove can get stiff and fields ball off to side.   Feet move ok to baseball with good direction. 74 mph arm strength with elevated throws to target.
