This past weekend we caught up with Jared Kelley, the No. 8 ranked player in the country for the 2020 class. Kelley, a standout RHP who was a member of the 2018 18U National Team, has had a strong junior year at Refugio High School. When we caught up with him during a 31-2A district matchup against Woodsboro High School, we were able to see just why he is ranked the No. 3 overall RHP in his class.
