The PBR Virginia/DC uncommitted player spotlights looks at players still available in all classes. Now in December, we continue our focus on the uncommitted talent available in the 2017 class. There is still plenty of talent available in the state of Virginia that can help a program. Here is our latest addition to the uncommitted player spotlights.

SCOUTING REPORT

8.10.16:  Ronyecs has a lankier 5-10 frame and throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. Short, free arm action that is quick, generates velocity with normal effort. Shoulders are uphill and slightly closed as he strides to a slightly closed landing. Fastball sat 77-78, touching 79 with slight run. Curveball has sharp 11/5 action with decent armspeed, running 64-67. At third base, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, average arm strength with a position velocity of 76. Average hands and fluid footwork, clean exchange and plays through the ball well. Hits from the left side from a slightly open athletic stance, slight load back. Ok lower half and average balance throughout his swing. Fast bat with a short, uphill path. Line drive type with doubles power to his pull side, exit velocity of 80.
