Indiana Recruiting Notebook

Several players have picked their schools this summer with more commitments sure to come.

Jack Pilcher
Jack Pilcher, RHP, Zionsville HS, 2016: The 6-foot-3, 180 pound right-hander has committed to play at Butler University.  Pilcher was one of the top 2016 right-handers left on the board prior to his commitment. He's currently ranked No. 34 in the Indiana's class of 2016 rankings. 


TJ Harmon

TJ Harmon, RHP, McCutcheon HS, 2015:  The 6-foot-2, 195 pound righty recently committed to Ball State. Harmon was a top 50 player in Indiana's 2015 class.  



Amir Wright

Amir Wright, OF, Griffith HS, 2016: Wright is a 5-foot-11, 160 pound outfielder that has committed to St. Joseph's.  Wright is currently ranked No. 126 in Indiana's 2016 class.  



Bayden Root, 3B/RHP, Kokomo HS, 2018: The 6-foot-3, 195 pounder recently committed to Miami (FL). He plays for the Orlando Scorpions Prime in the summer.  

Lukas Jaksich
Lukas Jaksich, LHP, Andrean HS, 2016: The 6-foot-1, 160 pound southpaw has committed to St. Joseph's. Jaksich, ranked No. 44 in Indiana's 2016 class, recently led Andrean to the 3A state championship.  



Jarrett Hammel, LHP, South Newton HS, 2016:  Hammel is a 6-foot-5, 205 pound lefty that recently committed to St. Joseph's.  Hammel is currently a top 100 player in Indiana's 2016 class.
