Today, we spotlight Zach Dantuono. A RHP out of Westminster Christian Academy. Dantuono attended the 2020 St. Louis Open on Feb. 8.
At the event, he showcased his ability to pitch in the upper 80's with stellar off-speed. CH fades hard at 77-79 mph and CB has potential to be a plus pitch.

Dantuono is 6-foot-2, 180-pound, right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021 class. Large frame, athletic build with room for growth as he develops. Dantuono’s delivery is repeatable, throws with some rhythm and direction towards home plate, downhill, gains momentum as he works down the mound into an aggressive finish, ball jumps out of his hand, quick arm action that works from a high three-quarter release, three quality pitches for strikes. Fastball is 87-88 mph with late run, changeup is 81-82 mph, thrown aggressively with hard fade, slider is 77-78 mph, 11-to-5 shape, change to be a plus pitch in the future.
