Spring Break Scout Blog: Johnston County Invitational

The Johnston County Easter Invitational is one of the longest standing spring break tournaments in North Carolina.  With a tournament championship that is prized by those playing in the tournament, this week at South Johnston can be a stepping stone to a deep run in May for teams that begin to get on a roll.  

The 8 team tournament features winners moving on to play winners until we get to the championship round with two teams each sitting at 2-0.  Prep Baseball Scouts were on hand for day 1 of the tournament and some of the player notes and video from the day are below.
