Ex-Indiana Preps on Twelve NCAA Teams

INDIANAPOLIS – Baseball fans around Indiana have plenty to cheer for during this year’s NCAA baseball tournament.  The tourney opened this week with 64 teams in action at 16 regional sites.

 

Two state schools – Indiana and Valparaiso – are bracketed in the Bloomington regional along with Florida and Austin Peay.  

 

The Hoosiers and Crusaders aren’t the only squads with an Indiana flavor.  The rosters of ten other NCAA qualifiers include players from high schools in the Hoosier State.
