New Palestine Blanks Guerin Catholic 3-0

NOBLESVILLE--- Senior RHP Connor Swain pitched a complete game four hit shutout Wednesday evening against 3A foe Guerin Catholic.  Swain finished the night allowing four hits with six strikeouts and one walk.

Recent Anderson University commit Nick Butcher doubled twice in the game while driving in one of the three Dragons runs.  Swain and senior Evan Vance accounted for the other two New Palestine RBI's.

Guerin Catholic Junior RHP Cody Brazil pitched a complete game for the Golden Eagles, allowing just one earned run.  Brazil struck out two and walked two.
