The Class of 2015 player rankings have been updated and expanded from 100 players to 140 players.  The Top 10 remains unchanged with Louisville commit Bryan Hoeing, a RHP from Batesville HS, leading the way at No. 1.  A total of six players ranked in the Top 10 played for Team Indiana at this year’s Midwest Future Games (MWFG).

Behind Hoeing are four more RHP’s.  Cathedral’s Ashe Russell stays at No. 2.  The Notre Dame commit continues to increase his stock with a fastball that was up to 93 mph this summer.  Noah Burkholder, another Louisville commit, is ranked No. 3.  Burkholder, a member of Team Indiana at this summer’s Midwest Future Games, was up to 90 mph at the event.  The MWFG MVP, Nolan Watson, remains at the No. 4 spot.  Watson, a recent Vanderbilt commit, has been up to 90 mph with his fastball.  Rounding out the Top 5 is Lawrence Central’s Jarrett Montgomery, a Florida State commit.  Montgomery is another RHP with a 90+ mph fastball.

Lapel’s Brady Cherry is the highest ranked uncommitted 2015 at No. 6.  Cherry is a multi-dimensional player that was up to 89 mph on the mound at this year’s MWFG, and was consistently 1.93-1.94 with his pop times behind the plate.  No. 7 is Devin Mann, also a member of Team Indiana at the MWFG.  Mann, another Louisville commit, is the highest ranked SS in the class.  Grant Inman, another RHP that played for Team Indiana at the MWFG, is ranked No. 8.  Inman has been up to 89 mph on the mound and is committed to Valpo.

Rounding out the Top 10 is two of the state’s best left handed hitters. Westfield’s Chris Ayers, ranked No. 9, played for Team Indiana at the MWFG, and Indiana State commit Dillin Diehm remains at the No. 10 spot.

Two previously unranked prospects made their way into the Top 25.  Triston Polley, a LHP out of Brownsburg, is now ranked No. 20.  Polley has been up to 86 mph with his fastball.  No. 21 Cody Mobley is a RHP from Mount Vernon HS (Mt. Vernon, IN) that was up to 87 mph at the 2015 Underclass Preview event in October.
