Ryan Bywaters, Smithsburg, 2017
Bywaters thres six innings this week giving up one hit and striking out 10 in a Smithsburg victory. That makes Bywaters second week in a row this year and the young righty has given up a combined one hit with 24 strikeouts in this run.
