OUTLOOK
The Blue Springs Wildcats return six position players, but will have no returning pitchers with 15-plus innings from a year ago.  The Wildcats will turn to senior RHP Jon Fink, junior Jared Lafal and sophomore Brett Rooney to carry the load. Blue Springs will have a well-balanced line-up featuring four lefty hitters.  Seniors Kirk Finley and Ross Baker will are two lefty hitters in the Wildcat line-up that saw significant time in 2014.  Jared Lafal, also a returning starter, and sophomore Brett Rooney are two more left bats in the Blue Springs line up.  Defensively, the Wild cats will strong up the middle, with senior SS Dillon Jackson and senior 2B Nate Carlton, while senior catcher Dylan Williams will handle to role behind the plate.  The inexperience of the pitching staff does on reflect in the field. The Wildcats have several seniors ready to carry on the winning tradition at Blue Springs, and look to get back over .500 and into the state playoffs in 2015.
