Season Outlook
The Vikings lost six starters and five pitchers from last year's team that went tied for the Flint Hill Conference championship. They will look to their only returning starter Senior RHP/C Wyatt Anderson to throw big innings for the Vikings in 2016.  Anderson has a has a career record of 5-0 with five saves.  He touches 80 mph with his fastball and mixes in an occasional breaking ball with 11-to-5 shape at 70-71 mph.  Senior SS Cole Hodge will be the lone returning starter, hitting .381 and scoring 30 runs in 2015. Hodge was named All-Flint Hills Honorable Mention as a sophomore.  The Vikings will look to get back to the Regional Semifinals with the nucleus of Anderson, Hodge and newcomer, sophomore CF Gage Atwood.
