  • Jack Young, R/R, 6'2", 195, (P, CI), big strong kid with great bat speed and strength, strong arm, good glove, ball jump off his bat, D1 prospect, 4.0 student, first year as pitcher, has plus velocity, developing change-up, good breaking pitch.
  • Jaden Rowland, R/R, (P/IF), finesse pitcher with plus change and low 80s FB, led the team in hitting in 2014 (.438), great student and person, tremendous work ethic.
  • Matthew Smith, R/R, (6-0, 155), P/IF: lettered as a sophomore, avg. to better FB, with change and curve, possesses good hands and feet in the IF.

Top Prospects in Class of 2017:

  • Donnie Waldrop,S/R, (5-9, 175), P/MI; started at SS as a freshman, plus speed, handles the bat very well, strong arm, low to mid-80s FB, tenacious competitor, has all the tools to be a college prospect.
  • Hayden Price, R/R, (P/MI) 6-0, 170; plus arm and speed, great student athlete, college prospect.
  • Isaac Smith, R/R, (6-0, 150) P/OF; potential top of the rotation P, has run on his FB and sink on his change, low to mid-80s FB, velocity will improve as long lanky frame fills out.

  • Spencer Conrad (5-10, 145), C/IF, three-sport kid with great athleticism, knows how to play the game the right way, 'dirt-bag' competitor, may be a varsity contact kid as a freshman.

  • Austin McCafferty, R/R, (6-1, 180), P/IF; above average size and strength for a freshman, good athlete, with big upside.
