With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting February 1st, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2016 Spring Team Preview: Toledo Christian Eagles

Team Name: Toledo Christian Eagles

Division: IV
2015 Record: 23-7
Conference Record: TAAC, 11-3
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 4/3

2016 Team Strengths:

• We genuinely get along and love being a team
• Defense
• Pitching

2016 Team Weaknesses:

• Overall depth
• Small ball
• Consistent hitting

Coach Outlook: "We are solid all around; the question will be our consistency. The sooner we mentally and fundamentally become consistent, the sooner we will be a team that will be hard to beat."

PBR Outlook: Over the past few seasons, the Toledo Christian Eagles and coach Greenlee have produced solid squads and 2016 looks to be the same with a solid core returning.
