Latest Recruiting News from around Ohio



Jordan McDonough, a sophomore catcher from Cincinnati St. Xavier, has committed to The Ohio State University. McDonough is currently rated as the top catcher in Ohio's Class of 2014. He joins his summer teammates, Jacob Niggemeyer (RHP/Worthington Kilbourne) and Zack Shannon (1B-RHP/Moeller) as future Buckeyes in the Class of 2014.

Adam Moreau, a talented middle infielder from Ottawa Hills High School outside of Toledo, has committed to Eckerd College, a Division II program in Florida. Moreau has started every game on varsity since his freshman year. The left-handed hitting prospect earned 1st team Toledo Area Athletic Conference honors.

, the top unsigned senior first baseman in Ohio, has committed to St.Leo University in Florida. Hemberger is a power hitting right-handed prospect with the ability to play first base as well as the outfield.
