Lots of recruiting news from across Illinois:

Wyatt Spector, a 6-foot-4 LHP from Lake Zurich HS, has committed to DePauw University. Spector was a standout during the Fall Prospect Program.

Connor Bieda, a 5-foot-10, 180-pound catcher from Fremd HS, has committed to Alvin CC in Alvin, TX. Bieda was one of the top unsigned catchers in the state, as he proved at the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase in January.

Jabari Brown, a multi-positional standout from De La Salle HS, has committed to Claflin University in South Carolina. Brown recently showed well at the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase at both shortstop and the outfield.

Nick Barnhill, a RHP from Normal West HS, has committed to Concordia University.

Mike Renner a 6-foot, 185-pound senior RHP/INF from Streator HS, has committed to Kankakee CC.

Black Hawk College landed three more prospects when it received commitments from Joben Barnes, a 6-foot, 215-pound left-handed hitting outfielder from Peoria Limestone HS; Matt Venn, a 6-2, 200-pound catcher from Romeoville HS, and John Dokolas, a 6-3, 200-pound RHP from United Township HS.
