The 2024 Idaho high school baseball season is finally here and as usual, excitement is abound throughout the state. Players and coaches have been working in preparation for the season and, as is the case each year, there are some very talented players and teams across Idaho.

Questionnaires were sent out to all Idaho High School coaches to provide insight on their programs. We hope to familiarize our readers with many of the teams across the state as we preview individual teams across Idaho. With the season already underway, our staff will look to provide some insight on how team's season have started, as well as their outlook the rest of the way.

The 2024 Rigby Trojans are already 1-1 on the season with a 1-0 victory over Century and a 3-2 loss against Skyline. Despite losing four seniors who were key contributors during the 2023 season, they still a boast plenty of upperclass talent and leadership who have them positioned to improve on their 9-12 record last year. Early on, 2024 Joey Guttierez (uncommitted) has been a top producer offensively as he picked up three hits, with two of them going for extra-bases, in the Trojans first two games.
