PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

McDaniel: I am looking for either a good athletic training program and or a good accounting and finance program. Being close to home isn't a deciding factor to me.

PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team do? Name some players that will have an impact on the 2016 season.

McDaniel: My junior year went very well. In High School we made it to the state tournament for the second year in a row which was very exciting. I was also awarded First Team All Centennial League Outfielder, with a .455 batting average. Also at the end of the summer I attended a summer day camp at Iowa Western CC where I threw 86mph from the outfield and ran a 6.8sec 60 yard dash. Some players to look out for this upcoming season are my teammates Tim Bell and Charlie Peyla (2017) and also Christien Ozores (2016).

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?

McDaniel: My goals for this senior season is to help lead my team to state once again, help coach up incoming younger players and also find the college I will be attending next year!

McDaniel: I play for the MoKan Giants coached by Brian Driskell and John Baker.
