DeMatha Catholic
Blake Badman C DeMatha Catholic 2020 (Virginia)
Strong, solid body type with present power and strength at the plate. Hits from a balanced athletic stance in the box with a smooth back load and nice hand separation. Uphill swing path with fast bat speed and strong lower half involvement. Final swing of the clip below was a homerun to left field. Currently hitting .326 with 5 doubles, 1 triple, 2 homeruns, and has 12 RBI's.
Jack Bulger C DeMatha Catholic 2020 (Vanderbilt)
Strong, solid body type and 6'0'', 205 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic, slightly open stance at the plate. Small leg kick load and strong, explosive lower half involvement. Uphill swing path with quick hands and fast bat speed. Loose, easy swing with strength and power both present. Tremendous exit velocity as the ball flies off the barrel. Currently hitting .569 for the Stags with 5 doubles, 2 triples, 4 homeruns, and has 23 RBI's.
Clark Burroughs C DeMatha Catholic 2019 (College of Charleston)
Strong, tall, athletic body type. Hits from a tall, balanced stance in the box with a medium-sized knee-to-knee leg kick load. Creates some hand separation and rhythm. Uphill swing path with fast bat speed and some lower half involvement. Currently hitting .375 for the Stags with 6 doubles, 17 RBI's, and 2 homeruns.
Jake Maske OF DeMatha Catholic 2020
Athletic body type with plenty more room to fill out. Hits from a balanced, crouched, open stance with a smooth back load and some hand separation. Stays short to the ball with an uphill swing path at times. Showed some bat speed and ability to turn on the inside pitch. Currently hitting .358 with 4 doubles, 12 RBI's, and has stolen 11 bases.
Jack Silder 1B/LHP DeMatha Catholic 2019 (Harford CC)
Big, strong, solid body type. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate with a quick high leg kick load. Creates nice hand separation and showed an uphill swing path with some bat speed and lower half involvement. Hitting .216 with 4 doubles, and 3 RBI's. Having a nice season on the mound for the Stags as well as he currently sits he is 4-2 with 1 save in 9 appearances. Has started one game and has a 3.26 ERA with 34.1 IP, 24 H. 12 BB, and 40 K's.
