The Prep Baseball Nevada High School Pitcher of the Week highlights the best performance for a Nevada High School pitcher from the previous week.  Each week, High School coaches across the State are asked to fill out our questionnaire for Pitcher and Player of the Week, along with our scouting staff attending games and scouring box scores throughout the week.  Every Saturday a link will be pushed out on social accounts to the Player/Pitcher of the Week questionnaire with a deadline of Saturday night at 11:59PM, followed by the announcement on Sunday.

Our Week Three 'Pitcher of the Week' goes to '24 LHP Zack Silverman (Reno HS) following his complete-game one-hit shutout on Friday as he punched out seven and didn't walk a batter.

'24 LHP Zackary Silverman (Reno) turned in one of the more dominant performances on the mound so far this season as he went the distance for Reno on Friday, allowing just one-hit and no walks or no runs. The left-hander faced the minimum as he allowed a base-hit to leadoff hitter before picking him off and retiring the rest of the batters he faced.
