Director of Scouting Josh Kuykendall has announced the Summer 2021 PBR West Virginia Tournament schedule. Four events highlight the schedule as he looks to continue bringing quality talent & competition to the Mountain State. Though 2020 presented many challenges. PBR WV was able to get all seven events that it had scheduled in, even having to move a couple just across the Maryland boarder. 

This summers slate promises to be another good one. All four events will be held in different parts of the state (Dunbar, Glenville, Keyser and Bethany) which will give players/fans an opportunity to see quality amateur baseball all summer long: "My goal has always been to try and bring the best quality baseball to West Virginia. We were able to set a really solid foundation last year and I feel we will see some familiar faces in 2021" said Kuykendall. 

The familiar faces Kuykendall is referring to are some of the top organizations on the east coast that made their way to the Mountain State last summer/fall. National level talent like the Keystone State Bombers, Pittsburgh Outlaws, Flood City Elite, Pittsburgh Diamond Dawgs, Pittsburgh Spikes and US Elite, to name just a few, all visited the state last year. That's something Kuykendall hopes to continue that this summer: "We saw some of the premier talent on the east coast last year. It says a lot about what our state has to offer. Anytime you're attracting organizations like that, you know you're on the right track". He went on to say "We're hopeful that our country has Covid19 under control by then. Praying like crazy that we get it figured out. Our kids (West Virginia amateur baseball players) can't afford to miss another spring of baseball."
