West Virginia Top Prospect Games Spotlight

Bradley DavisThe West Virginia Top Prospect Games are still two months away but some of the state's top talent have already been added to the roster. Headlining the current roster of pitchers scheduled to throw are two of the three winning pitchers in this year's state title games.

2016 lefty Bradley Davis (top right) spun a complete game allowing just four hits to lead Jefferson to the Class AAA title with a 2-1 win over Nitro. Davis finished his junior season at 8-0 with a 0.76 ERA.

Jared CleghornJoining Davis at the Top Prospect Games will be 2016 right-handed pitcher Jared Cleghorn (bottom right). The 5-foot-11, 170-pound junior tossed a complete game, two hit shutout in leading Bridgeport to a 5-0 Class AA title game win over Chapmanville Regional.

The 2015 West Virginia Top Prospect Games will take place August 8-9 at the YMCA Kennedy Center Field in Huntington. As we draw closer to August we will continue to highlight top prospects scheduled to participate in the state's premier event of the summer.
