GPA Games: Stats Posted

The Inaugural GPA Games took place on August 12th-13th at the brand new Rocky and Bernice Miller Park at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Over 90 uncommitted prospects in high academic standing participated in a pro-style work out and played two games in front of the PBR Scouting Staff. 

6-foot-4, 190-pound, right-handed pitcher Weston Baker from St. Louis University HS (MO), impressed with his fastball that sat 82-85 mph, touching 88. Outfielder Thomas Larson from Families of Faith Christian Academy (IL), also showed well, registering the highest exit velocity and outfield velocity of the event. Multi-positional prospect Tommy Benson from Andrean HS (IN) flashed arm strength all over the field. Benson had one of the top velocities in the outfield, infield and on the mound.
