The Prep Baseball Arizona High School Player of the Week highlights the best performance for an Arizona High School positional player from the previous week.  Each week, High School coaches are emailed and asked to send in their nominees for Pitcher and Player of the Week, along with our scouting staff attending games and scouring box scores throughout the week.  If you wish to nominate someone for Player or Pitcher of the Week, please email Arizona Scouting Director, Shea Sbranti.

To begin each week, Prep Baseball Arizona will announce it's Pitcher and Player of the Week, alongside our Power 25 Rankings Update, from the previous Monday-Sunday games. '24 INF Boston Kellner (Hamilton), a Louisville commit, takes home Player of the Week honors for Week Two following a five HR performance during the 2024 Boras Classic that saw the Huskies bring home the championship.

2025 INF Boston Kellner (Louisville commit) transferred to Arizona this past year from Colorado's Pine Creek HS and immediately took the top spot in our 2025 rankings. The right-handed hitter has been on absolute mission to open up the 2024 season as he's been driving the ball to all parts of the field on a consistent basis, put really seemed to turn it up a notch this past week at the Boras Classic. Kellner batted .600 across four games in the tournament but it was his ability to leave the yard at will that really propelled the Huskies to a 4-0 run. The Hamilton product blasted five home runs in total as they took down Snow Canyon (UT), Basic Academy (NV), La Cueva (NM) and Chaparral en route the title.
