Harper is a physical 6-foot-3, 212-pound right-handed pitcher and right-hand hitting third baseman. On the mound showed an up-tempo, aggressive delivery, three-quarters slot, arm works, fastball 81-85 mph (86  tops), strikes. Breaking ball 70-73 mph. Change-up 76-78 mph. During infield drills hands and feet worked well, especially for such a physical player, strong throws across the diamond. At the plate showed an aggressive swing with some bat speed. Impressive two-way class of 2017 prospect.
