Scouting Report

10.18.15 - Room to fill out frame at 5-foot-11, 155-pounds. Ran a 7.39 60-yard dash. Hits from a narrow, slightly open setup. Short stride to nice balance position. Level swing path and throws hands. Stays in middle of field. Gets some lower half usage and nice balance throughout swing. Exit velocity of 75 mph. Sound footwork and clean actions from the outfield. Could work thru ball more to get more on throws. Solid foundation. Outfield velocity of 75 mph.

Scouting Report

10.18.15 - Athletic, projectable frame at 5-foot-10, 150-pounds. Runs a 7.58 60-yard dash. Hits from a square setup. Smooth load and short stride. Level swing path with average bat speed. Gets some lower half usage. Exit velocity of 71 mph. Sound footwork, clean exchange. Longer arm action throwing from a high ¾ arm slot. Throws across the diamond at 71 mph. Nice foundation in the athlete and will be interesting to monitor growth. Controlled delivery with rhythm. Has free arm action and some arm speed. Throws from a high ¾ arm angle. Lands slightly closed with square finish. Could increase lower half drive. Fastball has some cut to the pitch at 70 mph. Breaking ball has 11/5 shape and slows arm down slightly. Changeup has dive to the pitch at 63 mph. Young 2019 will be interesting to see development.
