We continue our release of the updated Maryland Class of 2021 Rankings with a fresh look at the Top 50 this evening. Stay tuned tomorrow for a full release of the Top 260 players from across the Old Line State and Delaware.
Leading off our look tonight at the rest of the Top 50 is Rutgers commit; catcher Jason Shockley (Sussex Tech), who narrowly missed cracking the Top 10 sliding up seven spots to #11. Eight players inside the Top 50 remain uncommitted to date with River Hill outfielder Ehi Okojie leading the way at #12. And coming off a break-out summer, our highest ranked new face in the Top 50 is hard throwing RHP and recent University of Delaware commit Christian Colmery from St. Mark's (DE).
Enough talk however, let's take a look at that new look Top 50.
