March is finally here and Delaware high schools have officially begun baseball scrimmages and practices. For the first time ever, our Prep Baseball Mid-Atlantic staff will be updating the DE High School Top Ten throughout the season. An update to these rankings will be released every Monday. 

In this first update today, our staff highlights the Preseason Top 10.
