Evaluation: 6/20/16- 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Solid build. Controlled load, stiff lower half in swing, shows quick hands to contact, solid contact to pull side of field. 7.28 runner with 82 mph exit velocity. Easy actions behind plate, flexible, plays with energy, solid receiver, solid accuracy and carry to bag with 75 mph arm strength and 2.16-2.25 pop times.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
HOGAN: St. Scholastica, St. Cloud, Iowa Central, Ellsworth, Augsburg, and Upper Iowa.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
HOGAN: I have visited Iowa Central, St. Cloud, and St. Scholastica.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
HOGAN: I'm looking for a good academic school where I can get a job right out of college and a place I can develop well and get better.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
HOGAN: My best highlight last season was when I had hit back to back homeruns with teammate AJ Overton in an 11 run inning against St. Michael in the section semifinals.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
HOGAN: I want to make state this year.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
HOGAN: I used to play football as basketball but now I only focus on baseball.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
HOGAN: I have a 25 ACT and a 2.9 GPA.
