3 Strikes is a video segment featuring coaches from across North Carolina answering three questions, giving insights into their program, their practices, and their personality.  3 Strikes will be published through PBR as well as PBR of NC's social media channels (@PrepBaseballNC on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).

Today 3 Strikes features Chad Hill, Head Coach at Scotland County HS.  Coach Hill addresses some of the ways his staff continues to learn as well as what he would like to see the North Carolina playoff system evolve into in the future.
