NCHSAA 4A Tournament - Round 2: Friday May 12, 2023

Garner Magnet moves onto the third round by an outstanding pitching performance from Henry Good.  Good kept batters off balance all night as he located three pitches for a complete game shutout. The only run in the game came in the first inning as Lane Herndon smoked a double to left center.  Good did get out of a couple of jams in the game as Senior Henry Gardner made a couple of outstanding picks at first base to secure the victory.
