Heritage- 10  Knightdale- 0

Heritage hosted Knightdale on Tuesday evening for a Northern 4A league matchup. Heritage used a 6-run second inning on its way to victory. 

In the second Lucas Granata led off the inning with a walk followed by a Matthew Beisecker double. Granata would score on a Joe Valchar sac fly and Beisecker would then score on a wild pitch making it 2-0. Heritage would add 2 more runs on a Luke Morton double and another run on a double by Luke Maicon. Maicon later scored on an errant throw by the catcher while stealing third base. 

Heritage would tack on to their lead scoring 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd making it 8-0. The game would end in the 6th with Chris Katz doubled to right field making it 10-0 Huskies. 

Cole Schiff, Blake Hanly, and Evan Roer combined for the 6 inning shutout while only allowing 2 hits. The win moves Heritage to 6-0 in conference play with games against Rolesville and Wake Forest over the next two weeks.
