Quick Hitters: DPC Baseball Academy - Position Players

Matt Payne
Director of Scouting, PBR of NC

On Wednesday August 16th PBR of North Carolina was on hand at the DPC Baseball Academy in Clayton, NC for a Scout Day with DPC Baseball. The Scout Day ran in conjunction with the Last Chance Summer ID. The Scout Day featured players from the 2025-2027 grad classes.

The day began with position players running a laser timed 60. After running the position players took live BP on the field with Trackman gathering advanced hitting data. Following BP players went through a defensive evaluation at their positions. The event concluded with pitchers throwing a controlled bullpen with Trackman collecting ball flight data.

Below we begin our breakdown of the players in attendance. Look for more information to follow in the coming days.
