 UNC-P Commit. Carroll was dominant during his complete game no hitter. Command of the zone along with changing speeds made it tough for hitters. The fastball ranged 80-84 reaching back to 86 when needed the entire game. Showcasing a plus change-up throwing it in any count kept hitters off balance all game creating lots of weak contact. 

Tanner Pope, LHP, Garner HS, 2026

Physical LHP who battled his tail off in a tough luck loss. Pope used primarily his fastball to attack hitters occasionally spinning a breaking ball. The fastball ranged 82-86 touching 87 and settled 82-85 the entire outing. With a easy repeatable the fastball jumped on hitters and creating swing and miss up in the zone. The curveball shows late breaking action but had trouble landing it during the outing.
